FAQ
Why is the insurance company offering me so little?
Full Answer
Low settlement offers are common. Insurance companies may minimize medical treatment, dispute pain complaints, ignore future care, or make an early offer before you understand the full value of the claim.
Before accepting, make sure the offer accounts for medical bills, future treatment, lost income, pain, and the overall impact of the injury. Once a claim is settled and released, it usually cannot be reopened.
