I didn’t follow the typical path to becoming an attorney. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from UCLA, I entered the business world and built a successful career managing multi-million-dollar projects across California. I led teams of over 500 employees, negotiated with Fortune 500 companies, and thrived in commercial property development and syndication.

While my business career was flourishing, a series of personal experiences opened my eyes to the law’s power to create meaningful change. That’s when I knew my purpose wasn’t just business success—it was helping people achieve justice.

Why I Became an Attorney

The turning point came when I saw firsthand how insurance companies undervalue lives. My father’s tragic slip-and-fall accident and the way his case was mishandled planted a seed of frustration with the legal system. Years later, my brother-in-law’s beloved sister was killed by a city garbage truck. Seeing the cold, calculated tactics used to devalue her life during settlement negotiations was my wake-up call.

I realized I had the skills to fight these injustices. Combining my negotiation expertise with a passion for helping others, I enrolled in law school, passed the California Bar, and launched my career while still running a business that supported dozens of families.
