Comyar holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the University of California, Davis. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring islands, hiking, watching foreign films, international politics, and pondering the philosophical theories of Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
