A Connection That Started with a Simple Introduction
At Bridgewater Law Group, we believe meaningful connections are the foundation of strong communities. This event was a great example of how powerful networking can truly be.
Our relationship with the Bestiepreneur Women’s Networking Group began several months ago when founders Nicole and Anabell attended one of our local leads group meetings as visitors. After meeting them there, we were invited to one of their networking events. From the moment we walked in, the experience stood out.
The environment they created felt welcoming, supportive, and genuinely empowering. It was not intimidating or overly formal. Instead, it was a space where women could show up as themselves, connect in a real way, and feel encouraged. That experience made a strong impression and sparked a desire to stay connected with their growing community.
Hosting Bestiepreneur at Bridgewater
As we continued building that relationship and attending additional events, we saw the impact of what Bestiepreneur was creating. Later, when the group shared that they needed a location for an upcoming meeting, Brittany Esparza of Bridgewater Law Group was proud to offer our Santa Fe Springs office as the host site.
Bridgewater Law Group was honored to welcome nearly 50 women for the Bestiepreneur Networking Event. The morning began with open networking, followed by introductions that helped every attendee feel seen, included, and part of the experience.
A Meaningful Morning of Growth and Encouragement
We were especially proud to have our own Brittany Esparza, Relationship Manager, serve as the keynote speaker. Brittany shared her story, offered valuable insights, and connected with attendees in a way that felt both meaningful and impactful.
Guests also received curated swag bags, and one attendee was randomly surprised with a dash cam. The event concluded with a group photo and a special appearance from our mascot, Lawson the Bear, who brought extra energy, laughter, and a memorable close to an already incredible morning.
A Reminder of What Networking Can Become
This experience was a strong reminder that networking is about much more than exchanging business cards. It is about building relationships, creating opportunities, and showing up for one another.
What started as a simple introduction at a leads group became a meaningful relationship, a shared spirit of support, and the chance to create a space where women could connect, grow, and thrive together.
