Cristhian recently joined the personal injury field and brings a refreshing energy, empathy and optimism to every client interaction. As a first-generation professional and proud UC Berkeley graduate, he approaches his work with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others feel supported and understood.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, service and problem-solving. Though new to the legal world, Cristhian is committed to making every client feel heard, reassured and empowered during their recovery process.

His superpower is his optimism. He chooses to see the glass half full and brings that attitude into every case, reminding clients that their situation is in good hands and that the Bridgewater team is with them every step of the way.

Outside of work, Cristhian enjoys listening to all kinds of music and recently began taking piano classes, a personal goal he’s proud to be pursuing. His favorite story is The Hunger Games saga (books and movies), and his go-to snack? Anything involving chips. His favorite color is navy blue, a calm and confident reflection of how he shows up every day.
